This privacy policy applies to the Stonk On Pone mobile application (Android package ID: com.stonkonpone.app), developed and operated by the Stonk On Pone team.

Information Collection and Use

Stonk On Pone is designed to be a lightweight dashboard that reads on-chain data from the Solana blockchain. We collect the minimum information necessary to provide the service:

• Wallet Address (Public Key): When you connect a Solana wallet, your public wallet address is stored locally on your device to display your watchlist and enable swap transactions. It is never sent to our servers unless required for a specific feature you initiate.
• Watchlist and Preferences: Your watchlist tokens and alert preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit this data to external servers.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous crash reports and basic usage statistics (e.g., screen views, feature interactions) to improve the app experience. This data is not personally identifiable.

The app does not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical location, device identifiers, or any other personally identifiable information.

Use of Data

We use the collected data solely for the following purposes:

• To display your watchlist and token preferences.
• To enable wallet connection and swap transactions via Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter and Jupiter.
• To improve app performance and fix bugs through anonymous crash reporting.
• To provide the StonkFun token feed, burn tracker data, and search results from public Solana RPC endpoints and Jupiter API.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data Transfer and Storage

All personal data (wallet addresses, watchlist, preferences) is stored locally on your Android device using standard local storage mechanisms. No cloud storage or remote database is used for user data.

Blockchain data (token prices, supply, burn data) is fetched directly from public Solana RPC endpoints and the Jupiter API. This data is public by nature and is not stored by us beyond the local cache needed for offline viewing.

Disclosure of Data

We may disclose your information only in the following circumstances:

• Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process by a competent authority.
• Protection of Rights: To protect and defend the rights or property of Stonk On Pone, including enforcing our Terms of Service.
• Safety: To act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users or the public.

We do not disclose your information to third parties for any other purpose without your consent.

Security of Data

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. Since wallet data is stored locally on your device, the security of that data depends on the security of your device. We recommend using standard Android security practices (PIN, biometric lock, or password) to protect your device.

Wallet connection and signing operations use the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter, which handles private keys securely within your wallet app. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrases.

Blockchain Transactions

Stonk On Pone enables you to interact with the Solana blockchain through Jupiter swap. All transactions are executed on-chain and are publicly visible on the Solana blockchain. Transaction data includes your wallet address (public key), token amounts, and transaction signatures. This is inherent to blockchain technology and cannot be reversed or hidden.

We do not control, store, or have access to your private keys. All transaction signing occurs within your connected Solana wallet application.

Third-Party Services

Stonk On Pone integrates with the following third-party services:

• Jupiter API: Used for token swap quotes and execution. Transactions are submitted to the Solana blockchain via Jupiter. See Jupiter's privacy policy for details.
• Solana RPC: Used to fetch on-chain data including token supply, burn data, and token metadata. This is a public blockchain endpoint.
• Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter: Used for wallet connection and transaction signing. Your wallet app handles all private key management.
• Birdeye: Used to display token price charts via WebView. See Birdeye's privacy policy for details.

These third-party services have their own privacy policies governing the use of your data. We encourage you to review them.

Children's Privacy

Stonk On Pone does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
