Product / Bundle Identifier / Developer

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User" or "You") and the developer of Stonk On Pone (Android package ID: com.stonkonpone.app), a mobile application for the StonkFun tokenized-stock ecosystem on Solana ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a single Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

This license is granted for the purpose of accessing and interacting with the StonkFun tokenized-stock ecosystem, viewing token data, and executing swap transactions via the Jupiter protocol on the Solana blockchain.

Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its underlying code.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or market manipulation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or connected blockchain infrastructure.
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App's functionality or interfere with any other user's use of the App.
• Circumvent any technological protection measures or security features of the App.
• Use the App to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful components.

Intellectual Property

The App, including but not limited to its name ("Stonk On Pone"), logo, design, user interface, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of the developer. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

The StonkFun name, brand, and associated trademarks are the property of StonkFun. This App is an independent third-party project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by StonkFun or Solana.

You acknowledge that you acquire no ownership or intellectual property rights in the App through your use of it.

Privacy and Data

Your use of the App is subject to the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the App.

By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Your wallet address (public key) and transaction data are stored locally on your device.
• Blockchain transactions you initiate are publicly visible on the Solana blockchain.
• We do not have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or any wallet credentials.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.

Blockchain Transactions and Financial Risk

The App provides an interface to interact with the StonkFun tokenized-stock ecosystem and the Jupiter swap protocol. You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with blockchain transactions, including but not limited to:

• Volatility in token prices, including the potential for total loss of value.
• Transaction failures, delays, or incorrect execution due to network congestion, slippage, or other blockchain conditions.
• Smart contract risks, including bugs, exploits, or vulnerabilities in the underlying protocols.
• Regulatory uncertainty surrounding tokenized assets and decentralized finance.

The App is provided as a non-custodial dashboard — we do not hold, custody, or control your funds or tokens. All transactions are executed directly on the Solana blockchain through your connected wallet.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of this Agreement.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App immediately ceases.
• You must delete all copies of the App from your devices.
• Any data stored locally on your device (watchlist, preferences) may be lost.

Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution) shall survive termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.
• Service interruption or computer damage.
• Cost of procurement of substitute services.
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
• Any losses resulting from blockchain transactions, including failed transactions, incorrect amounts, or lost funds.

Our total liability for any claims under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the App. The App is provided free of charge, and accordingly, the developer's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• The implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• That the App's data (token prices, burn data, supply) is accurate, complete, or timely.
• That any blockchain transaction initiated through the App will be successfully executed.

You use the App at your own risk. The developer does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. All decisions regarding token purchases, sales, or trades are your own.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
